Saturdays are for Sharing

I have decided to start a new blog carnival called Saturdays are for Sharing! I love participating in blog carnivals through out the week but I have yet to find one on weekends. I also love reading blogs and people are not very good at writing on weekends. Well this month as I mentioned I joined NaBloPoMo (National Blog Posting Month) which means that I have to blog 30 times in 30 days. I thought this would be a good way to get some others started with blogging on weekends. So use your Saturday to share what you have done for the day or the week in Saturdays are for Sharing. You can also tell us your favorite quote, saying, bible verse, etc.

Yesterday Kobe got a hold of my camera (he loves to take pictures) and took a bunch of pictures of all kinds of things in the house. Most of the pictures were just blah pictures of the carpet, walls, ceiling and of course the TV but there was one picture that I loved.

It was a picture of his cute little tosies!!! I think this picture is so cute!!!

So let me share a part of our day today with you. This morning Kobe peed in the potty for the third time in about 2+ months. I am always trying to get him to use the potty but he has not been interested...that is until this morning. So the potty that I have is an old potty that I have since I was a daycare provider and it is not meant for little boys (it does not have anything to shield pee from going everywhere). This morning after our Big Boy peed in the potty Dewayne and I decided to go buy him an exciting potty that he will want to pee in and one that shields pee from going everywhere when little boys pee.

Off we went to Burlington Coat Factory to buy him a really cool potty. I had seen this potty before and fell in love with it.

Isn't it a cute little frog potty??? We think so and so does Kobe. He spent a lot of time on the potty today but unfortunately there was no more pee pee. I am hoping he will pee in that potty soon.

So now that I have talked your ear off/written and you have read till your eyes are sore about pee pee and potties. Let me give you a sneak peak of my project that I am doing.

Whatcha think?? It is a really cool thing and I can not wait to show you all what I am doing! I mentioned the first part of this project here and now this is the second part of the project!! I will show you the rest when it is all done :o) I am so excited to finish this!!
