Did y'all recover from Thanksgiving and kick some Hot and Healthy bootay this past week?
I did really good last week. I worked out for a total of 3 hours but then because of Kobe's surgery on Friday I didn't end up working out Friday. I should have worked out on Wednesday instead but I had so much planned that day that I did not have time. I work out on Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri and I always leave my Wednesdays for running around and getting caught up on everything at home that needs to be done.
How bout Keely's Pilates exercise's?
I did them three days!
What about Mama M's healthy tip..Did you eat more fruits and veggies?
Umm...No! Sorry but I don't think I really ate anymore than I usually eat and that is definitely not enough! I will work on that...promise!!!
Did you get the 4 hours of cardio in?
As I said in question 1....No, I only got 3 hours in last week.
Last but not least...What are your goals for the next 3 1/2 weeks?
My goal is to keep working out and start loosing weight. I have gained 9 lbs since I started working out and that is really discouraging but I measured myself last week on Thursday and I am going to do it again this week on Thursday to see if there is any difference. My aerobics instructor and Dewayne have said there is a noticeable difference. I can see that my stomach is looking a little bit smaller and my jeans fit better but I want to see the difference when I measure myself. The scale is starting to scare me!!!!
