Just Thursday!

Now, you all know that my girl Abby has this great survey thing going on on Thursdays.  She calls it Just Thursday.  I am playing along again this week and you can too.  All you have to do is click here and you will be directed to her blog where you can play along :o)

Outside my window.. I see TAXI´s waiting to pick up passengers leaving the airport.  Outside the other window there are airplanes :o)

The time is.. 8:38 am

Today I feel.. great!!!  I went to sleep early and even though I woke up a little after 4 am I feel really good.  Today is a great day :o)

I am thinking.. about all the painting I will be doing at my sisters house this weekend!!  Just in case she reads this...I think I´m getting sick...I feel a cold coming on, stomach flu, swine flu, something LOL!!!  I told her that I am calling in sick next time she moves cause I am so sick of moving hahaha!!!

At the moment, I am thankful.. to have a job and I am really thankful for the help I am getting from my family (my brother in law especially) with the boys.

I am going.. CRAZY!!!  LOL  I´m kidding.  I´m not going anywhere anytime soon though.  I have to work until 5:30 pm and that is a long way off so I am just gonna sit here until then.

I am wearing.. Black pants (not ones who´s zipper eats my skin...thank you very much) and a black shirt.  I am waiting to get my uniform and until then I am just going to have to wear black clothes!!!

I wish.. I could lose some weight (I just had a pastry LOL).
I am reading.. Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert.  My sister just let me borrow it and I am going to start reading it tomorrow when I am off.  I just finished some book called Dreaming Anastasia that my teenage sister lent me.  That one was pretty good.

I am working on.. helping my sister with her new house.  I don´t have much going on at my own house now that my kitchen is done (I will post pics soon...I promise).

I am hoping.. that the boys will be okay with me working away from them.  Kobe had a hard time last night after I got home and told me that I was not allowed to go to work today.  Poor thing.  Tyrique and Markus did okay because they got to be at my sisters house and they love being over there.

I am hearing.. my boss talk on the phone and people around the airport talking.

Around the house.. There are a few toys laying around and a dish or two in the sink but other than that the house looks good.

I bet you didn't know.. I am an over achiever and I am always striving to be my best :o)  I forgot how much fun it is to work and learn new things and stimulate my brain LOL!

One of my favorite.. I love movie nights with the boys.  We haven´t had one of those in a long time!  We need to do that soon!

Have a great Thursday!!!

So what is your "official title" at the airport? That would be a fun place to work!

Once you get your uniform, you'll have to post a picture of yourself in it. :)

What's the time difference over there? (Okay...remember...I'm on Chicago time...)

I'm always asking questions, aren't I? Can't help it! :)

Yep..I agree with Pennie...we want a photo of you in your uniform! :)

I'm on a waiting list for Eat, Pray, Love at the library and it's killing me to wait!! I may break down & buy it! :) I'm also waiting for House Rules.

I woke early this morning too...not common for this girl! :)

Thanks for playing along again!

PS...glad you found another pair of pants to wear today...wouldn't want that to happen 2 days in a row! :)

Your day sounds good. I was not fond of eat, pray, love. I have other books I would recommend instead. :)

Your job sounds good. If I get travelers going to Iceland I will book Hertz for them. ;)

You sound good Helga. :) I am so glad to see that.

Great post...I think I'm gonna do this one today!

I love a good movie night too! Especially if licorice is involved!
