It is Thursday and in Iceland today we are celebrating Independence day. I am working so I won´t be celebrating too much but I am hoping to take the boys downtown tonight after work to check out what is going on. After I got home from work yesterday I cleaned my house from top to bottom so I wouldn´t have to worry about it today. After I get off work today I am off until Monday morning so I want to enjoy the boys and enjoy being off and not have to worry about cleaning house. But now on to the fun stuff.
Abby from Murdock's Mama has a great blog hop on Thursdays called Just Thursdays. If you want to play along just click right here. Let me know you are linking up so I can read your answers too :o)
Outside my window.. the weather is beautiful and the Taxis are waiting for their customers :o)
The time is.. 7:55 am
Today I feel.. good about having cleaned the house yesterday.
I am thinking.. about the sweater that I am making for Kobe. I can´t wait to finish it and take pictures to show you all.
At the moment, I am thankful.. that I have a job and some security in my life. It has been a hard 2 months since I got here and I am really glad to be working and to have an income coming in.
I am going.. to do some crafts this weekend and I am going to take the boys swimming tomorrow.
I am wearing.. work clothes....dark gray pants and a white shirt.
I wish.. I could get new flooring in my house.
I am reading.. Eat, Pray, Love....this is getting kinda sad. I have been writing that for 3 weeks now and I haven´t had time to read the book since 2 weeks ago. I will get to it eventually!!!
I am working on.. writing this blog post and it is taking me forever because I keep having to stop :o)
I am hoping.. that we get to do something fun tonight....I hope all the activities aren´t done downtown tonight before the boys and I get there!
I am hearing.. my sister talking and the chit chat around the airport.
Around the house.. My house is sparkly clean!!! I love it :o)
I bet you didn't know.. I don´t drink coffee but I love the smell of it LOL. There is a coffee shop about 100 feet away from me and I love the smell of that place:o)
One of my favorite.. books of all time is My sister the Moon. I read it for the first time when I was 10 or 11 and I have read it probably a million times since!
Have a great Thursday everyone!
