So I went to the Drs. this morning to find out about my blood test results for my thyroid.  For the first time in 20 months my thyroid levels are finally good and I can stay on my same dose of meds for the next year.  I am so excited about this because finally after having to go in every three months for blood tests, I am cleared for one whole year.  No more appointments for this damn least no until May of 2010 :o) 

So I have been going to the gym this week just like last week and I am doing really good.  I found out last night though that I go too fast when I am lifting weights and I need to slow down some.  Also I always lock my knees and when I am lifting weights with my legs I lock my knees and the trainer that was working at the gym last night came over to me and told me to be careful so I don't hurt myself.  She also told me not to lift so much weight when I am working out, I was lifting 140 lbs. when I was doing the leg lifts.  Oooops, well now I know better.

I haven't lost any weight since I started but I can feel the difference in my doesn't look as HUGE anymore.  Now it just looks!!!  I started my period on Monday though so I know that can add some weight on so I am not really worried about this week.  I want to loose 12 lbs. in the next 5 and a half weeks and I gave myself 7 weeks to loose the weight.  One of the girls that is working out with me has already lost 8 lbs. and she is smaller than me.  I wish the weight would drop off of me like that.  But with my thyroid I know it takes me longer to loose the weight.  

Ok well enough for now, I am going to enjoy some quiet time while the little ones are napping.  Have a great Thursday everyone :o)
