So I have been going to the gym this week just like last week and I am doing really good. I found out last night though that I go too fast when I am lifting weights and I need to slow down some. Also I always lock my knees and when I am lifting weights with my legs I lock my knees and the trainer that was working at the gym last night came over to me and told me to be careful so I don't hurt myself. She also told me not to lift so much weight when I am working out, I was lifting 140 lbs. when I was doing the leg lifts. Oooops, well now I know better.
I haven't lost any weight since I started but I can feel the difference in my stomach...it doesn't look as HUGE anymore. Now it just looks BIG...lol!!! I started my period on Monday though so I know that can add some weight on so I am not really worried about this week. I want to loose 12 lbs. in the next 5 and a half weeks and I gave myself 7 weeks to loose the weight. One of the girls that is working out with me has already lost 8 lbs. and she is smaller than me. I wish the weight would drop off of me like that. But with my thyroid I know it takes me longer to loose the weight.
Ok well enough for now, I am going to enjoy some quiet time while the little ones are napping. Have a great Thursday everyone :o)
