It's time for the silence on my blog to be broken!! I have been really busy the last few weeks and have not had time to blog. I went to the states last week and came home on Tuesday morning (I will blog about that later). My house is off the market and let's just say there is a good reason for that :) I will not be moving out of my place until I leave to move to the states. I still need to sell my car! I will update you all later on everything that is going on. for now I am going to play along to 5QF with Mama M.
1. Have you ever testified in court? For what?
Nope!
2. Do you still have your wedding dress?
I didn't wear a wedding dress when I got married....maybe next time I will :)
3. Is there a special place you like to go when you're happy, sad, stressed, etc.?
To my bed! My bed (or my room) is the only place I ever go to in my house when I want to get away.
4. If you have kids, do they sleep with you? If you don't have kids...will you let your kids sleep with you when/if you have them?
Well, um....ahem!!! Tyrique slept in my bed from the day he was born until he was about 5, 6 or 7. He crawled in my bed until he was about 10 though. Markus was not allowed to sleep in my bed because I was not going to go through that again!! Well, then Markus had tubes put in his ears at 3 years old and I felt so sorry for him that I pulled him into my bed.....he stayed there for the next 4 years!!! Along came Kobe and I would not allow him in my bed because for the first time in years I had the bed to myself (Dewayne was there too of course but no kids). Then I got a divorce and moved to Iceland and our whole routine went out the window and poor Kobe got to come sleep in his Mamma's bed cause I felt so sorry for him. As you can guess he is sleeping in my bed full time now!!! When I ask him if he wants to sleep in my bed he looks at me as if I have lost my mind and tells me he is sleeping in our bed!!!
5. Do you watch late night TV?
I turn cartoons on for Kobe and we watch one cartoon (or 5) and then we go to sleep. Some nights I turn the TV on for me but then I usually fall asleep to it so there is no point in turning it on.

Sounds like things went well in the States? And your house sold? Congrats! Now, lets hope your car sells quickly!
Your answer to #4 is hilarious! That's why Mike never even let me keep the babies in our room! I had to go into the nursery to feed them...so I made Mike get me a comfy rocking chair...that I often fell asleep in...while nursing. I think with as clingy as Aaron was, and with the seperation anxiety that kid had, he would never have gotten out of our bed...so, Mike probably had it right with our kids! ;)
Sounds like a busy few weeks!
We have never let the kids sleep in our bed...although when my first child was born, I would let him nap with me in bed during the day!
You have been busy! Can't wait to hear how the trip to the states went.
It's so funny that with every kids you were like "nope, not sleeping in my bed" and then they ended up anyway...we moms are such suckers for our babies. :)
