The real estate agent came this morning (only one of the two showed up.....I think the other one may be a bit of a flake). He took pictures and we talked about the house and all the things I have done and then we talked about all the things that still have to be done and then he left.
The realtor called me this afternoon and he has officially listed my house and basically the price for the house is just for the new owner to buy me out with me walking away not owing anything. The housing market sucks so bad here in Iceland that I will be lucky if I am able to sell the house at all :( I am going to be optimistic though and keep praying that the house will sell.
Now I am off to read and relax for the rest of the night.

Our house got assessed and it's worth less than what we paid for it, if I remember right...and we added a bedroom, home theater and bathroom to an unfinished basement! So, it's not just Iceland.
