Gleðileg Jól

Merry Christmas or as we say in Iceland Gleðileg Jól!

The boys and I are headed to my Mamma's when I get off work today and we are going to spend the night and then we are coming home tomorrow night because I have to work on Sunday.  I wanted to wish you a Merry Christmas before I go though :)

Be safe, enjoy yourselves and don't drink and drive!!

Boy Cheese

Tonight when I came home from work the boys came to me and asked what was for dinner.  I told them that we were gonna have grilled cheese for dinner.  Kobe then said to me....Mamma I want Boy Cheese!!  Not Girl Cheese!

Cutest thing ever!!!

Another Celebrity???

The other night we went to the children's Christmas party that the airport hosted where I was told about my picture being in the local paper that you can read all about here.  Well turns out that the same paper was there to take more pictures and we have another celebrity in the family.

5QF

Last night I was asleep before 9 PM.  I wrote on my facebook status that I didn't know if I was getting old or getting young cause Kobe and I were both so sleepy that we fell right to sleep LOL.  I am off until Monday and I couldn't be happier....I needed this!!!  So far today I have gone with my sister to test drive a car, took that car to my work and had one of the mechanics look at the car, went to the bank, colored my sisters hair and did my eyebrows!  It's not even 3 yet and I have gotten so much done :)

Now, I am going to spend the rest of the day cleaning house and doing laundry.  I have to have  this place in tip top shape for Christmas and I want to make sure that it's done today so I can enjoy the rest of the weekend without having to worry about the house.

Now on to 5QF.  As always click on Mama M's button to play along.

1. Do you regift...and if so, do you have a regifting horror story?

No I do not regift.  I have gotten a really ugly gift one year that was regifted to me but I was quick to get rid of it!

2. Do you know what you are getting for Christmas this year?

Nope and I am not really concerned about me... Christmas is all about my boys, not me!

3. Who brings the most gifts in your family, you or Santa?

Me!!!  Santa brings one gift and I take care of the rest!

4. What store do you love to by jeans from?

JcPenney!  They have name brand jeans for a great price....I miss JcPenney!!!  I need clothes so bad but that just has to wait till next year when I came to visit :(

5. Christmas meal: Big, All Out Meal or Snacks and Apps?

Big all out meal!!!  We have lots of yummy snacks too but we sit down to eat a huge Christmas dinner at 6 PM sharp on Christmas Eve and then we open the presents after that.

Celebrity???

Guess who is in the paper???

It's me of course!!!

I bet you had no idea that you read the blog of a famous person in Iceland huh!?!?!

Okay, okay....so, I'm not famous!!!  The other night when I went out to my company Christmas party there was a photographer there and he took a picture of me and my sister.  I had no idea he was from the local paper and I had no idea he would put the picture in the paper.  I went to a children's Christmas party today with the boys and when I got there I was informed about the picture LOL.

I had to share it with you girls though :)

Their own Language

Kobe has his own way of saying things and they are so dag gone cute that I have to share them with you.

-Spidamans are Vitamins

-Caleb C is KFC

-Brorers means Brothers

-Siddy Cup means Sippy Cup

Black flip means Back flip

Flump flip means Front flip

There are so many things he says that are adorable and I absolutely love.  Tyrique and Markus said quite a few cute things too and here a few things that I loved.

Tyrique

Funkin meant Pumpkin

Fower Fuff Girls meant Power Puff Girls

Hefalant meant Elephant

Tyrique couldn't say P and it was so cute to hear him try to say words that had a whole lotta P's in them.

Markus

Madus Dabiel meant Markus Gabriel

Markus couldn't say R and he couldn't say G, the poor baby couldn't even say his own name right for the first 5-6 years of his life :)

Do your kids have their own language?
